The concept developed by our company was recognized as the WINNER in the ongoing competition for the BEST ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT OF A SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX WITH A WATER PARK.
Outline design of the complex was completed and the parameters, logistics, layout and appearance of the building were finally determined. The tallest part of the complex is a hotel - at 38m. The water park with an adjacent summer terrace is located on the east side of the entrance group and the central atrium. Since the water park has a summer zone, the development of the project took into account many factors, including the direction of the wind, the angle of incidence of sunlight in summer and winter, as well as the format and number of storeys of the surrounding buildings. In addition to a variety of water slides, a wave pool, lazy river and children's towns, a multi-purpose “Surfing Club” will appear in the water park.
The complex includes a 10-story hotel with a height of 38m. The water park has several levels with different functional areas. The whole block is occupied by a SPA centre with baths and pools. There is a summer terrace adjacent to the water park. Under the terrace - parking. The central entrance group with the atrium combines all parts of the complex and provides convenient internal logistics.
