The facility is located in close proximity to the ski slope. In addition to the water park, a compact cozy hotel is also being designed.
The complex has a multi-level covered parking. On the roof of this parking lot, an open (summer) water playground of the water park with swimming pools, attractions and sunbathing areas is provided.
The water park is designed for a maximum attendance of 1300 -1400 people per day. One-time capacity of 560 people.
The facility includes several different pools, a complex of water slides, a children's pool with a playground, a multifunctional bath-SPA center. Several bars and a bistro restaurant.
